An easy recipe for Cinnamon Banana Muffins that are healthy and delicious!

BANANA CINAMMON MUFFINS:
Ingredients:
Flour 350gm
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Brown sugar 110 gm
Eggs 2
Buttermilk 180 ml
Oil 80ml
Mashed banana 1 cup
Ingredients for Frosting:
Cream cheese 125gm
Icing sugar 40gm
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Method:
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, brown sugar and baking soda in a bowl. Mix eggs, buttermilk and oil in another bowl. Add to the flour mixture. Fold in bananas. Do not over mix. Let batter remain lumpy. Spoon mixture into the muffin cases and let bake at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes or until done. Let cool on a wire rack and once done, pipe the cream cheese frosting. Beat cream cheese and icing sugar in a bowl and pipe or spread on cooled muffins. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve.
Fried Beef Qeema:
Ingredients:
Beef mince 250 gram
Oil 2 tbsp
Cloves 4-5
Green cardamom 2-3
Cinnamon 1 stick
Sliced onions 10-12
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Peas ¼ cup
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts for garnish
Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
Heat oil in a pan then add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon and fry them. Then add onions and ginger garlic paste and fry them. Now add mince and salt and fry for 1 minute. Then add peas, red chili powder, turmeric powder and little water and cook. When mince get tender then add salt and coconut and mix well. In last garnish with cashew nuts and fresh coriander.
